As a Brooklyn maternity and family photographer, I am inspired by all the steps of your motherhood journey.

There’s something about the way a mother looks at her child or her pregnant belly that just gets me. As a Brooklyn maternity photographer, I live to capture emotions; and to me this is the purest of connections.

We can either shoot outside for optimal natural light and to leave space for movement, but I’m always happy to shoot in the comfort of your home, too. Whatever you prefer, I got you and it will be a fun, laid back time. I know pregnancy and motherhood can be chaotic – so I really want to make this a chill experience, without pressure.

I pay attention to the little things that make good maternity and family photos: two hands that hold on to each other, eye contacts that need no words, a growing belly under an oversized sweater… Photography for me really is the art of noticing; whether it’s how the light falls, or how someone looks at the person they love. No need to have you or your kids behave perfectly and smile into the camera during our session: I want to capture you as you are, candidly.
